I have been working for Assured since the end of 2019 and started out self-employed before starting a KTW contract. During this time I have worked across the northwest at many different customer sites where I have come across all types of staff and customers and dealt with many situations.
When I was self-employed I chose to work longer days for the company and enjoyed every single minute of it, now as a KTW, I work more regular hours and still love the work that we do as operators for the Assured group. During this time I have had the pleasure to work alongside some fabulous managers, but mainly Mike who I honestly can say with hand on heart is the best manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with as he is there for you at a moments notice if needed and sorts any problems that may arise within the working environment.
